The number 8 bus runs from Temple Meads railway station and stops directly outside the Rodney Hotel. When you get to Clifton Village you will go past the Quadrant pub and over a zebra crossing, WH Smiths is on the right and the bus stops a short distance further outside the hotel.

Coaches run to and from the airport frequently and the trip takes about 20mins. Taxis are available outside the coach and railway stations. You can also get the number 8 bus from the station forecourt –walk to the right and along as you exit the station.

We recommend the coach as taking the train means going into London first. The coach takes just over two hours and taxis are available outside the coach station to take you to the hotel. You can book and purchase your coach seat over the internet and we recommend that you do as the coaches can get very busy.

The coach goes to Bristol via Heathrow and takes around 3.5 hours.
